I'll let you in on a little secret....I'm, a Julie too! My middle name is Christine, hence the curezone i.d..

I just got done with my period yesterday and I am seeing healthy stuff again and just a few signs that my yeast infection is still there....my goal this month is to 110% eat no sugar! I think I can beat it if i am super stringent.

Liver Flushing has made me feel so good that I feel like I don't necessarily have to follow the candida diet, meaning I am just trying to eat healthy and take my supplements. I just did LF#4 and had AMAZING results!
