help! my period has lasted a whole month!

My period came on July 22,2004 and lasted about a week, but it was very irregular. I only had one heavy day, which is very unusual for me. It ended around July 29, 2004. Then, on August 7, 2004, I found that I started bleeding again, so I thought, "Okay.. maybe it will stop..." I had light bleeding for about 2 weeks after that, nothing heavy, just like I had a light period day for 14 days. Then, starting about a week ago, I started to get heavier. What do I do? Should I wait it out to see if I stop bleeding? I feel absolutely fine; I've been active and dancing every morning at 7am practice. My grades are still high A's. I'm not moody. What's wrong with me?
