I had both I recently took the merina otu and tied my tubes. There is a big difference in the two. I personally like the copper better but after appr. three years it did not like me, I got pregnant. I did not like the merina, becasue my face broke out really bad and I could not lose weight as easily. However contiune to do your research and good luck. Tweet
