I have the paragard IUD. I've had it about a year -- and other than being extra crampy during my period --and a much heavier flow--- I have had NO problems. and it's good for 10 years. no hormones to deal with -- other than my OWN! and no pills to remember every day -- no worrying about broken condoms... I think it's great. And if I ever do change my mind and decide I want to have another kid (unlikely!)-- it comes right out. Tweet
