someone mentioned the new TAB drinks, and then i also commented they were better than the Sugar free red bull (which is only about 10 calories per can).
but what do you all think about fasting FOR WEIGHT LOSS taking the energy drinks for extra energy?
i am thinking that it is these sorts of things that can cause one to plateu... i believe that if you are drinking pure water and nothing else in a day for sevreal days, it is impossible to plateau.
but when taking things like this, the body will hold on to extra fat and so forth - as it thinks it is starving (and never reaches ketosis).
