I understand what your talking about I am also 5'6 and have alot of weight to lose. 160 ish would be around my goal. I have been as low as 128 but looking back at the pics I was pretty skinny. I to would say Im medium or large boned and kinda have that stocky look, luckily muscle weights more then fat so when I am 160 I wear size 7, 128 size 5. I think 150 or 160 is probably a really good weight for you , I wouldnt worry about being super skinny skinny-- having a little figure looks better then having bones stick out all over the place. I change my goal weight all the time but I would be sooo happy at 160.i weighted around 150-160 for a long time and felt great- you have to be a little realistic about your body type---- like i no i could never be 110 or 120 and look healthy but im sure theres alot of people out there thatare 5'6 and 110 and look fine. As for fasting do whatyour capable of, everyone can benefit from a fast (not just the weight lost part of it)
