well, i guess we all have different opinions about everything, and fasting is one of these things that we all have such extreme opinions about...
for myself, i can speak as a
Water Fast big fan, fasting is for me water only(herbal teas..few drops of lemon juice...)
and as i've been going through it several times, i just know it is not dangerous unless if....u do believe it is dangerous, in this case, it might be...as if you're just sure you'll get a cancer before you'll get 50...lots of chances you'll get it!
anyway, i respect very much your opinion violet grace but i have a different one.
mine is that as long as you dont push yourself too hard, like going for hard work outs , running or so, swetting under the sun or silly things, then you're safe and your body will tell you when he'll need food again, simply, with hunger coming back, at that time, all the purification will be done and breaking the fast should be then done..
you should also very much take it easy during this time bnut still have little and gentle physical activity as if you stay in bed all day, you'll feel very tired, if you do move some, gently and walking for example each day, at your own pace, then you'll feel reenergised and fuill of shinning energy!
i can just say...go for it!!!
i dont kknow how long you're planning to go, but anyway, soemwhere around the 30th, 40th day, you'll body will probably tell you it's time to stop.
if you wanna do less(i'm going for 21 days again, i love this number, easy for me...well, starting is not though...:) it's all fine too, you'll get some detox too of course!
