Hello Everyone.
I've been toying around with this fasting concept for a few momths now. Over the summer, i gained 35 pounds and am looking to shed that. The most fasting i've done was 5 days with a weight loss of about 8 pounds.
But now its time for me to get serious. On February 17th I am leaving for a trip to San Diego. Which means bath suits and cute boys. I have 35 days to shed 30 lbs and I am sooooo determined. This is not natural for me. I am not a fat girl. I am meant to way 120 not 150. I will post on this board ever other day, if not every day, and weigh myself every 5 days.
Any support, tips or anything of the like is welcome.
