Interesting - I will use the progesterone oil when I reach the menopause. I do not wish to take it before then. I am hoping that Maca will work for me. I will continue on it for a few months - then have a hormone test and find out what is happening in my body.

Is endo. caused by parasites??

Since my last period I am having a parasite cleanse with Wormwood , Black-Walnut and clove herbal mixes.

The next 10 days will be fresh carrot and apple juice or greens and apple juice along with spirulina.

Once I get through that lot then a liver flush. I am hoping that Yoga and rebounding will stimulate lymph drainage.

How do you get the body to release stored oestrogen in fat deposits?

From my point of view I have found that sex with orgasms the night before a period works wonders - it tones up the uterus and brings on the flow, lessens any cramping pains.
If sex is not available then self-gratification works just as well. Then sex on the 5th day after menstruation when it has stopped stimulates the hormone levels. Anyone else tried this?
