Thanks for the info. I pulled up a site on the Organic Peruvian Maca. It is really cheap. I bought some Imperial Maca Gold for almost $20 with shipping and handling for just 4 ounces of the powder. I was encouraged to try it again after reading some more about it. I had tried the Solaray Macancaps about a year ago and really like it - noticed a major increase in the sex drive - was even dreaming about it at night. Then I switched to the Royal Maca caps by Whole World Botanicals, and they made me feel dizzy every time I took them. So far so good on the Imperial Maca Gold.

Have long have you been taking the Maca? Has it normalized your cycle, or have you always been somewhat normal before the progesterone cream?

I noticed that when I took Vitex, it made my cycles shorter and shorter and heavier. I have not taken that in a while, but I am still about a 22-24 day cycle and I just turned 47. It seems like the cycles are getting a little less heavy. I am wondering if some of the systemic enzymes I am taking are having that effect. They are supposed to eat fibroids, etc. Still a little too soon to tell.

What is your location? Not many people in the US used the word "whilst". Just curious. Thanks.
