Im with you with the fast (if you want a buddy). My name is Lea im 21, 5'8 and weigh 260. My goal weight is 150 so fasting is def. needed. I turned vegetarian last week and it has helped with weightloss, but now im at a plateau. Im hoping to lose enough to get me into the low 250's my strategy is to fast during the week and on fri or sat eat one meal (i go out to dinner everyweek with my friend). Then continue till the 26th of november if i can. I hope we can support each other in our goals of weight loss. Good luck on your start tomorrow.
