Re: Well tomorrow is MONDAY - Jump on board

Lol, I was in before I knew about this post. Started monday, and I've gone through rollercoasters of interesting side effects of flushing stuff out of my system. I eat some raw veggies, maybe 300 calories tops a day, just because otherwise I'd be bed ridden from near passing out with my blood sugar. I also eat about 100-200 calories of lean protein at night to keep my muscles from screaming at me, as I lift weights to rev up my metabolism. Phew, today and yesterday have felt like I have a cold fever for a few hours, and then it leaves leaving me feeling a little weak but refreshed. Whats wierd and seems to help is cayenne pepper sauce in water. It gets rid of the wonky feelings, and leaves me pretty normal, but I haven't stopped losing weight.

I have 5 lbs that have been stuck on me forever, despite everything. I will FIT into my costume, whether my body likes it or not! So far I've lost 1/4" of an inch off my hips and another 1/4" off my thighs. Yippee! I'm aiming for 1/2 to 1" off everything to be comfortable. I'm also taking malic acid tabs to help with a liver/gall bladder flush I'll do this Friday to Saturday(the second reason I'm fasting)

I hope this will jumpstart me from having Sugar cravings after this.. right now, any food seems like a blessings and the temptation to cheat with some candy isnt even there. I have a pretty bad case of candida, and sugar's like.. the devil to willpower. Good luck everyone!
