::waves:: Oh me too! I messed up my fast on Sunday night(day 3), and am restarting again today, once again, strictly water. I find that I lose more on water alone then when I drink teas and chew gum. I think I'll go until Sat or further if I'm up to it. My goal is to lose 15lbs this week.
