Sparkle, you are absolutely right. Awesome post. I need to quit my whining. ::plugs on ahead:: I think those first few days when I was losing 3lbs a day spoiled me. I feel a lot better. I worked out some and went shopping (so walked around for about an hour). I think I'll shorten my goal to 10lbs this week. 15lbs is just asking to set myself up for disappointment! Another thing that I'm glad about is that my Sugar cravings have been non-existant. Really, I have gained a lot by fasting. Thanks!
