Ok, not really crying, but man! I weighed myself this morning, and I only lost 1lb since yesterday!!!!!! I think it's got something to do with the food I ate Sunday. I guess I'm really going to have to push myself a little harder and do some exercise. I put my water in the fridge now because I hear you burn more calories consuming cold water. I don't really like my water very cold, but I really want to lose 15lbs this week. Ok, I'm off, any advice is appreciated.
