I did it last year. I'd not fasted for weight loss up to that point, and I was looking good and at a good weight, but I wanted to lose just a little more (for a pageant), so I did the 2 day diet and lost several pounds. I'm going to say I lost 8 because I'm not sure exactly how much it was. Of course, that all came right back after I ate, but my stomach got really flat. Now that I'm water fasting, I doubt it would have the same effect, but you could give it a try. If you haven't been fasting lately, you'll probably get decent results. It's essentially a juice fast, but with bottled juice. Good luck!
