Thank you guys, for replying. =) I also watch The Biggest Loser (missed it last week though)and I agree that it's very inspiring.
I'm on my second day of my water fast, and I lost about 3.5lbs. Yeah, ok, it's not the 10lbs I wanted, but I guess it's ok considering I didn't exercise at all yesterday. I'm still surprised at having lost 3.5 since last time, I was losing about 2lbs a day (gained it all back). I guess chewing gum and drinking tea makes a difference. This time, I'm strictly on water, and not putting anything else at all in my mouth. I don't know how long I'll last this way, but I really want to lose a lot the first few days.
