it all depends upon the person for instance a heavier person is more apt to lose alot more weight faster than someone who just needs to lose 30 lbs......if you watch reality t.v. try and catch biggest losser........ there are some heavy women and men on that t.v. series....... the men who are much heavier seem to lose more weight a lot faster than the women why cause they are much bigger than the women and have alot more to lose..... i'm not a fan of reality t.v. but i do watch that one cause its very inspring to me.....i hope that answers your question....all you can do is your best...dont be a slave to your scale...weigh in once a week...or not at all...go by how your clothes are fitting....if you become one with your scale your gonna have the journey from hell .......... scales go up and down like a roller coster ride....nobody needs that....my advice to you is set your goal weigh in the begining and way out at the end...you will be alot happier that way.....best of luck to you keep posting that all ways help......french
