Well I started the fast on October 9th at 165 and I am now 155.
I have been drinking 4 litres of water, 500ml of carrot, beet and celery juice. and coffee with heavy cream (it goes through my system like water and no hunger because of it)

My goal is to get to 140 and then gain back the usual 5 lbs. I am not eager to get any slimer than 140 because I know myself and if I get too slim then I cannot keep it up (as I love to indulge in chocloate now and again) so I am choosing 140-145 wich is a weight that I can maintain and is good according to my BMI.
Note: the coffee enemas are GRRRRREAT!!! they really help me go to hte bathroom.
