Sure! what I'm saying is though the scale may have some people loosing 2 lbs per day, it's not real fat and doesnt' look like you lost 2 lbs per day. I have also been taking my measurements throughout this, and just on a side note loosing 40 lbs through fasting is a hell of a lot but I'd say it looks more like loosing 33 lbs depending on how much water one holds.
Fasting does not give the same effect as a 3 month weighloss plan with weight training, though you will really look great and it may get you their on a scale weight.....which was fine with me for what I wanted to accomplish I just wanted to get down, and then focus on BF%, and muscle mass. This is a GREAT way to start a new way of eating/Life, but it's not finished after your fast is over!
