As far as fasting goes you really can make up your own kind of fast, but I don't personally consider anything a fast unless you are only taking in water....however if u take that and only that and stick to it I guarantee as far as weight-wise you will loose tons of weight...I just think part of the weighloss is a cleanse and rest for the organs. I tried to keep my metabolism up by sparatically eating, and it seemed to work. I wouldn't expect more then 1 lbs a day and if you do loose 1 lb per day I'd say it only looks like a lbs.
