I just want to stay I'm still on/off fasting, I figured I'd post to give some kind of something!
My start weight was 163
I have been fasting on/off for the past 2 months
Current weight is 131
My starting clothing size was a size 14, right now I'm a 7, hoping to get down to a 3 so just 2 more sizes to go! If anyone has any questions for me I'd love to answer them!

As far as fasting goes you really can make up your own kind of fast, but I don't personally consider anything a fast unless you are only taking in water....however if u take that and only that and stick to it I guarantee as far as weight-wise you will loose tons of weight...I just think part of the weighloss is a cleanse and rest for the organs. I tried to keep my metabolism up by sparatically eating, and it seemed to work. I wouldn't expect more then 1 lbs a day and if you do loose 1 lb per day I'd say it only looks like a lbs.

Congrats on your weight loss! You should be very proud of your accomplishment. Below is a direct quote from your last message in this thread. Can you please tell me what you are trying to say, because I don't understand the sentence. Perhaps something is missing. Thank you.

This is a reply to # 697,527Sure! what I'm saying is though the scale may have some people loosing 2 lbs per day, it's not real fat and doesnt' look like you lost 2 lbs per day. I have also been taking my measurements throughout this, and just on a side note loosing 40 lbs through fasting is a hell of a lot but I'd say it looks more like loosing 33 lbs depending on how much water one holds.
Fasting does not give the same effect as a 3 month weighloss plan with weight training, though you will really look great and it may get you their on a scale weight.....which was fine with me for what I wanted to accomplish I just wanted to get down, and then focus on BF%, and muscle mass. This is a GREAT way to start a new way of eating/Life, but it's not finished after your fast is over!

That is pure inspiration! So for the past couple of months you've been Water Fasting and eating off and on. Can I ask you for some more details? Like, how many days at a time do you fast for? How many days do you eat for? And are you on any special 'diet' when you do eat?
