If so, DAMN your good. All you did was water? Did you cleanse your bowels out and then do the fast cause I hear if you do the bowel irregation thingy, it's like 5-7 lbs of you know what that was in your bowels. I'm just amazed for you. Tell me what you did. Hurry hurry hurry. Today is my first FULL day of the water fast.
