Your an inspiration to me and I'm going to be starting my water and juice fast tomorrow! I have 155lbs left to go, I was 360 I'm now 316 so to finally get rid of the last chunk will make me happier and healthier! Any tips to keep me more motivated? I also smoke so will the smoking effect my results in a negative way? If so that will be a habit I will get rid of!
