well first off welcome to the forum hun and my tip to you would be to know yourself be alright with yourself before you start the fast, drink alot alot alot of water , listen to your body and have a realistic goal and nibble on something when i say nibble i mean nible lol 2-3 bites lol but drink alot so your stomach is full and drink alot of mineral or distiled water there is a new oxygen water its in a blue bottle i cant remember what its called lol i cant remember anything that sort of made the weight drop easier than anyother type of water
