hi!! when i first got my mirena i also had a lot of irregular bleeding, also tons of spotting, severe back pain, mood swings and even some breakouts the first few months, but now i have had it a year and it works out great with no side effects~ i highly advice you to give your body time to get used to it!! hope it works out!
