Thank you for your post. I completely agree with everything you just said. Fasting should be done in a healthy and realistic way. I cannot speak for everyone, but for me, this fast is a way to become healthy, since i don't plan to go back to the way i used to eat. I am using this fast as a tool to gain discipline and strength, so that when I am finished I can slowly ease myself into a healthier and more active lifestyle including foods from all of the food groups!
One thing I might suggest to everyone is to take a good multivitamin while fasting! Our bodies need this!
