advise?please!


Hello everyone, I just read several of the posts here and decided to ask for some advise and help. I'm 35, 5'2 and wiegh 130 right now. I know that this is not hugely overweight, but it's the biggest I've ever been and I'm not happy at this weight, can't afford to buy new clothes and the one's I have, I can't get up over my hips!! I would like to wiegh around 110. eventually. I weighed 103 this time last year! Have been doing alot of crazy eating...binges, really. (entire box of twinkies=binge)
Well, my boyfreind works overseas and is coming back in five days for his R&R. I should have started to try to lose weight sooner, well actually I've been running and going to the gym.. but never the less, if I begin a fast today, wich i'm trying to do, approximatley how much wieght can I lose within five or six days? Will my clothes fit any differently or is this just "water weight"? I really want to do this. I've tried a fast before, and lasted only till about three in the afternoon. Is it true that your hunger diminishes after the first couple of days? I just made some green tea for today, thought i'd drink just that and water today.
I want to be able to wear my cute clothes while he's here, not these big t-shirts to cover up my big butt and pouchy tummy that i've developed!! I look like a slob in that....nothing fits anymore!!
