I'm doing green tea jugs. Like 2 gallons a day I have a little bit left in the bottom of second jug this morning that I slammed. 4 tea bags go into one jug and you let it seep in the fridge. When it looks like pee pee its ready to drink LOL. Major health benefits from green tea. I have also been doing a handful of salad bag lettuce around 3pm if I feel like eating.. Also take vitamins then and it's tough to not feel like vomitting if there is nothing in there but vitamin bile you know? BLAK! You gota take vitamins when fasting or you can end up like Schiavo... No one wants that... Heart must have potassium.

I thought it was important to have something that is worth minus calories to eat if I get weak.. The lettuce has worked out well.
That is pretty good though huh? I think maybe just because I am so tall and muscular.. I wonder when the fat is gone if I will be too muscluar.. I'd show you guys a fat pic but I made a habbit of not saving them LOL
