Hey I am not an expert but I would say if you feel real weak or dizzy or pass out or your heart starts scting weird stop!
I would go with sald or the bagged salad when you stop. Ease yourself back in. Or protein drinks. Don't run right out to Mcdonalds. I wouldn't eat meat for a few days until you have been eating salad for a bit. If you do make it tuna fish.
After you eat make sure you are close to the toilet... No doubt you are going to get the shooty poos right quick LOL
Because you have been successful you have already learned the discpline it takes to not put crap in your mouth. I would stick with the lemon water. Regardless of what you decide to eat I would say OK I am going to eat 3 times a day. I will eat veggies or salad at least 2 of those or with 2 meals. I wouldn't eat anything bigger then your fist in one sitting. That is a great way to judge portions! Fats aren't really the enemy its portions and fats mixed with carbs...
I think you should set a stop date though. Are you losing the same amount of lbs per day? If so then estimate where you will be at in a certain amount of days and stop. I am not sure I would put it at your goal weight. You can tell how your body is feeling. I think I am going to go 7 more days and by then if I am still losing the 6lbs a day or 3 I will be set! I am a very tall girl with very large muscles though so I imagine I lose more per day then most people.
Oh yea and make sure you explain to the people in your household that this is a lyfestyle choice you have made and to please not put pressure on your to order pizza. Your stomach has shrank so make sure when you do eat you don't blow it out... I wouldn't eat more then a cup of anything...
Liek I said I don't have all the answers but I did have all these same questions and that is what I came up with.
