Ok everyone...
I have been fasting for six days but to be honest with you I never thought I could go this far so I never thought of an end date or finding out what to do when I decide to stop...
Here are my questions and I hope some of you with experience can answer them!
1) When are signs that I should stop?
2) Whats the first thing I should put into my body when I do stop?
3) I need some rules to follow because I want this weight to stay OFF!!!! But I know I cant fast forever.
4) The only reason I wont stop now is because I dont want to have to start all over again...But this is my First Fast so I dont want to mess myself up...Am I making sense?
