reoccuring uterine pain with severe lower back pain and fatigue

I'm 23 and for about the past month I have been having uterine pain ranging from dull aches to sharp stabbing pain, this is sometimes accompanied by severe lower back pain. Also at times it will also seem to travel down into my legs and can make me feel pretty nauseous, especially after I eat, and I get VERY fatigued, falling asleep at work, twice while driving and instantly when I go to bed.........help!!!
