i bought glass pots on ebay. i bought a skillet, 6 inch sauce pan, and two 10 inch sauce pans. they were a reasonable price, but the shipping was high. (so check the shipping cost before you bid). they are really heavy and the seller had to use alot of foam packing so they wouldn't break, so i didn't mind the cost.
i can taste the metal in canned drinks. (which i don't drink anymore). i have fewer headaches now. (and i think it is because of the glass pans... Hulda Clark says all metal pans leach out into the food when cooking...).
i also don't use a microwave. check out the history of microwave ovens.
it takes a commitment to eat healthy because you need to plan ahead. it is worth it. we spend time on everything else, so a few minutes spent on us is an investment in our futures...as well as our loved ones. Tweet
