*Timeless Secrets of Health and Rejuvenation*
by Andreas Moritz (at Ask Andreas Forum )

Get the book itself/ so you can carry it around,
instead of being confined to just computer reading.
Has tons of fantastic help tips,
diet,too many things to even begin to list.
(One of the best book purchases I have ever made.)
He is in his 50's ,
and has been a vegetarian for over 30 years.
and is a holistic intuitive healer worldwide,

Be sure to drop all teflon cook ware,
no peanuts or peanut butter (full of molds and fungus)
no soy product, no dairy , see:

no canola oil, no soybean oil ,
and certainly no hydrogenated vegetable oil margarines.
(they are basically a plastic!)
stick with good oils such as sesame, coconut ,
sunflower, olive, avocado.
no refined sugar, or coffee/chocolate
no bottled fruit juices.

Instead of fish oils for youe essential fatty acids,
use ground flaxseed/ and perhaps mix it with hempseed.
(see my message grinding your own flaxseed on my qi chi pig blog)
also consider the amzingly easy way to grow your own greens,
by sprouting..(I have a great message there in qi chi pig
concerning that as well)

Sprouts grown on your own
will not be like the ones in stores.
You will grow them into young green plants
with full first leaves,
which will be a great source of greens
and good energy food source,
for mere pennies..incredible savings $ wise
and far more beneficial.

Also throw out the microwave!
it completely restructures food
and your body doesn't even recognise
the product as food
after using this cooking method.
(not to count the damage it does to you
as far as leaks etc.

I have to say this...
if looking for a *help * in any area,
don't you want true help
from someone that is actually doing
what they say ?
(and look like it as well ? *smile*)
Look at the picture of Andreas and Storm too,
men in their 50 's looking great!
I have seen pics of Lapis recently taken,
and he looks super great too..
and is a 100% raw foodist.

Most doctors you see are fat/
or sick and toxic themselves!
I don't need someone like that
giving me health advice lol !
Even a great many so called
*spritually enlightened persons
you find out later that
they eat animal flesh , smoke, drink ,
and even do drugs!
This is not *coherent* at all.
(not judging just observations)

Just remember:
you are what you eat.
What you do NOW
is what you will be tomorrow.

In the town where I currently reside,
My son and I are probably
the only vegan, non dairy,
non smokers or drinkers here!
The people are heavy 3 meals = 3 meat ingestions
plus tons of dairy in cheeses/ shakes/ice creams
highly fat and Sugar dessert stuff.
Do you know what this town looks like?
A bunch of 300 lb moo cows
with a whole lot of anger
(flesh eating leads to anger and violence
simply by being a part of that whole system
of murder/ lack of contact with the animal as a
living being rather than a *thing* to eat.)
not to count all the Antibiotics , hormones,
sick and dying animals
that are okd for comsumption,
even down to the dyes used to make the flesh
(normally grey and in a rotting stage)
to look *fresh* and formaldahide preservatives ,
enhancers to make take away the rotting smell..

Eating meat is just a learned thing
you were programmed since childhood
to believe was needed to have a healthy diet,
and promoted everywhere to further support that belief.
The flavor enhancers in literally tons of commercial foods,
are addictive in nature, so naturally you *crave*
a great many non food products.
most cereals , fast food products, snacks, etc.

It takes 21 days to break a habit.
after that it is all psychological.

Above all take it slow, a step at a time,
and pat yourself on the back often.
you will be exploring a whole new world !
don't look at it as things you have to give up ,
but rather new things you will acquire,
new adventures, new taste combinations,
new decisions.
when you fall off the wagon (and you will )
just look at where you have come from,
get up and continue on *smile*

you will probably go thru some detox modes,
as you give up certain things..
and you body can then
release all the stored overload of toxins
ie: when I gave up Dairy , it took me about 6 months
to go thru a *light flu/cold symptom *
this was not like a real flu or cold,
just a detox mode..
later after you have refrained
and really feel an urge to eat a food,
notice how your body responds.

I had a bite of chicken once
after giving up poultry.
(even though I had mostly vegan,
I still had a very small amt of chicken
about once every other week.
after I completely stopped,
one bite almost made me gag.
It tasted completely rotten
and smelled like it as well.

Same with shakes which I used to really love.
Once i saw them for what they are,
I couldn't even tolerate thinking of having one.

A far superior drink taste snack
is a blended with water fresh fruit mix (yum )
faster and certainly nutritious as well.

I have gone on far too lenghty I think
*smile* (I often do , because I care about you .
At work etc/ just pack your own lunch/ meal .
you will be surprised at what you can find to eat,
that will fill you up with good energy,
and you will become calmer as well,
with less stimulants and toxic food.

I am not 100% raw btw..
I eat alot of lightly steamed veggies
(not boiled lifeless!)
in as little water as possible to a still crunchy stage,
or barely stir fryed in a good oil.
(I only stir-fry about once a week maybe
or sometimes just one veggie,
but others are barely steamed.
My son and I have just given up
all wheat product now as well,
there are other good grain products
that can be substituted.

My sincerest best wishes for you

Read labels!
most granolas commercial even from many online
*organic* companies,
you will find have been made with soy or canola oil.

It is incredibly easy to make your own granola bars,
with a good oil / for maybe 15 minutes of your time,
without all the junk additives.
