Do the benefits of becoming vegan outweigh the risks? I have read about vitamin deficiencies present in raw vegans. What about anemia is it true its possible with all vegans as much as those who consume red meat? Should I include red meat in the diet every three months or never let it touch my lips? Anyone here a long time all raw vegan? If so how is your health or how has it changed since adopting a new diet? Do you have any guidance for someone who has just stopped eating meat, grains, dairy, and eggs?
