and on that note, I think I'll start a fast to lose some more weight since I'm already out of control. anyone wanna join?! :) I'm thinking a solid 10 days at first. and then if I decide to go longer, I'll break it up into 10 day increments so it doesn't feel like it's unattainable. I'm still chewing gum and drinking occasional carbonated water and taking vitamins, even though I know that this isn't tolerated over in the Water Fasting board. It'll help me though. who's in?
