oh no..this is awful. I didn't realize that this board was created on curezone. Please beware of fasting to lose weight... I'm a big believer in the benefits of fasting occasionally, but this can get out of hand very easily. When you go into a fast with weight loss as your main motive, it can become very hard to stop...and if it goes on for too long, it will take a serious toll on your body....and it will not be beneficial. Please be very cautious... listen to your body and set a date to start breaking your fast. Fasting in the long run will not help you keep off weight. and if you start a fast, then suddenly break it and binge (if you tend to eat excessively), you'll pack on the pounds more than you would have if you just restricted your cals. be careful everyone!!! good luck
