My Friend (penpal,told me her expereince.) Her name is DARLA and she is 34 years old. She weighed 224lbs. And now she weighs 135lbs. 5'61/2" She told me what to do before, But I wanted my own fasting plan to try for me. Well I should of listened. She had Acne like me and it's gone she had cellulite and she said it disappeared. She said she eats a lot less now and her craving are all gone.
