I have started 12-12-2004 and I am planning on fasting for 30 days. I need 30lbs to lose. I am 5'5' at 182lbs just turned 28 years old. I am a liitle similar to you. I started out the first day with spring water and Sugar free gum and Sugar free hard candies to suck on. Just a couple. My second day water, and flavored vitamin natural spring water, and oh almost forgot, 1 soy slim fast 8 oz drink. But absolutely no food, it's soy and vitamins in liquid form mixed with my spring water( a light chocolate flavor) I also made me a cup of all natural diet tea.

And I can't forget to give Jesus Christ all the Glory for the supernatuiral strength once again to help me acheive something I could not ever do in my own strengh and weakness. Amen

Now that that is said I am praying not only for myself but for all of you who have weaknesses, the will power to start a diet but can't never see the success that you've desired, or maybe you have reached your goal and started eatting again a little healthier or eatting much lighter and have found yourself regaining the weight back, resulting in disappointment and frustration. Or are you the one who have tried every plan and every diet pills , shakes, excersize of all sorts and it works a little and you never see near the results in all testimonials reported/stated with all the before and after pictures/ success stories, and none of this happens or take place with you.

My prayers are for you, I have been their and if it wasn't for the grace of God , I would still be there thinking , that nothing out there works for me, and what ever I do , I still can't lose all my weight and all this negative thinking leads to depression, oppression, and your body responds to this way of beleiving and keep storing the fat and making it so haard for you to lose weight no matter what you do or what you try, or you are unable to stick to your plan.

We can do anything we put our minds ans hearts to . And we need this confidence before the wieghtloss, during and after.
