Texturized soy protein! Yummm. It is available at some health food stores and comes completely dehydrated (sort of looks like cereal). I've seen it in two textures - one is tiny pieces (good for fake sloppy joes, etc) and the other is just bigger pieces. It rehydrates quickly in warm water and then you can throw it in salads, soups, or sauté it with your favorite sauces. It's low in calories and added "stuff" and it's full of protein. Give it a shot.
