Hi,
Im not a total vegetarian. Yet there are times I would rather not eat meat and go for periods without it.
I rely then on potatoes, bread, olive oil, mideast cuisine like pita bread, homous ( chickpea dip )pickles.
Veggie samosas using boiled potatoes, onion, carrots & peas with hot spices like curry, red pepper ( biryani spices ) put small amounts of it in egg roll shells and lightly fry.
Ton of veggie stir frys over rice!
BEANS! OF all kinds, soups, dips etc.
There is so much to choose from.
Bean sprouts are great too with egg rolls, and in pita sandwiches.
Ive tried the soy fake meats and they did not agree with me!
I do better with real veggies and legumes, breads oils and some cheeses.
I like to detox with
Colloidal Silver ( just a little ) and lots of vitamin c and fresh lemons.
