ringworm or eczema? or granuloma annulare?

not sure what i,ve got,anyone had eczema come up in rings that look like ringworm?and itchy shins and legs that come up as rashes or idividual itchy raised lumps,and scar,some on my feet ulcerated and scarred 2 years ago,thats when all this started ,it started on the sides of my feet ,then on to myshins and calves ,then to my thighs and now to my arms but on my arms it looks like ringworm in places tried anti fungals now on fucidin,regards peter m Tweet
