Re: ringworm or eczema? or granuloma annulare?

I realize this post is quite old but I don't see anything like what I've experienced pop up anywhere else on the internet.

I've had the ringworm-like eczema. It's called nummular eczema. I also get the dry skin rash on my shins and thinking back, before it was on my shins it was on the sides of my feet too.
What I've found is all these things seem to be due to liver health (and possibly gallbladder). I came across this when I was reading about traditional Chinese medicine.

I found that the circular eczema would begin to appear on the lower part of my right arm (near the crease at the elbow) and then the ring-like shape would fill in and sort of flare out into regular eczema over a couple of weeks.

I found out that peanuts were causing it just through trial and error. After I cut out peanuts, the eczema disappeared after a week or so. It won't appear again unless I eat peanuts consistently.

Accompanying this I'd get a chest-pain at times (dead center or just below the right rib), which I think is due to gallstones/gallbladder problems.

Coconut fat/oil, ghee and many other oils (with a higher saturated fat) seem to give a similar reaction and possibly other nuts (especially cashews).

I'm no expert and I haven't verified this but I imagine since the liver is such a large organ with many parts, each area may be connected to a specific part of the body. So whatever I was doing was affecting a specific part of the liver and in turn caused the corresponding area of my body to flare up.

I'm sure the dry, itchy shins are connected too but I'm not sure exactly how. My father had it when he was younger (20s - the age I am now) and when he got it checked out they couldn't pinpoint what it was. They suggested it was a reaction to cedar-wood (he could have been kneeling on it) but they were not sure. Years later he found it was due to anxiety. I don't know the full story but he doesn't get it anymore.

That's all from me...
