oh my god..please dont listen to tobi. nothing could be further from the truth. Meat is what causes people to age-not the other way around. meat offers no benefits-just rots in your intestines causing all major health problems. if you want to see a strong fit vegetarian you should see me. i am exteremly fit and toned and look younger than i ever did eating meat. in factt my skin actually glows everyday now. as far as protein goes,your body gets all the protein it needs from plant sources. i lack no vitamins or nutrients and am very strong and healthy. i have totally changed my life and my health by going vegetariian and vegan. when iate meat,my body felt horrible and developed heaLTH problems.eating all that protein really screwed up my body.i cant even tell you how much healthier and vibrant i am now.
