diet help

I started off with just cutting out red meat then all meet altogether, and finally tried vegan for a year. Unfortunately I never made it to 100% vegan. Since then I keep back sliding. No one else in family or around me at all that is vegetarian. This makes it hard; also the new prepackaged foods are not helping. I did a lot better when I made all my own food from scratch, but time is slowing this down. I work sixty plus hours a week and go to school. Also family gets upset with the time it takes to prepare homemade food, and get complaints that I will not eat what they cook. I guess I need some motivation again, and any advice people can offer. Please if any one has words of wisdom please share. I was hoping to eventually not eat any man made food, but now I am going wrong way.

Any help is appreciated
