How do you do it?
I've recently switched to a vegetarian diet to help with my acne. So I replaced all my protein meals with more carbs like Bob's Red Mill hot cereals (brown rice farina, scottish oatmeal, buckwheat, quinoa flakes), sweet potatoes, white/brown basmati rice w/ mung beans. But after about two weeks, my
Acne got a lot worse, basically because I was eating too many starchy foods. So for those of you who have been vegetarian for a while, what are your current diets like? How many starchy meals do you have a day? Could someone write out their typical daily diet? Please help!
