All the foods that you mentioned ARE important replacements to be sure that you get occasional whole grains and everything, but I wouldn't have more than one of them a day. The staples of your diet should be fruit and vegetables...that should comprise at least 70& of your daily diet (if you want to be a healthy vegetarian). There are some very unhealthy vegetarians out there who eat way too much junk and still consume far too many animal products through dairy or other packaged/processed items, which still wouldn't help your
Acne situation. You may want to consider avoiding dairy if you don't already, because it could be contributing to your problem. Most people are allergic to lactose after being weaned as an infant anywayyy.
example of a veg. day:
*Early Morning:
4
oz. aloe juice
green tea
orange (pick any fruit; but it would be wise not to have sweet and citrus fruits at the same time if you want more than one b/c they don't digest well together)
2 glasses of water
*Early Afternoon:
a light salad- organic spinach leaves, broccoli, cucumber, baby carrot, sprinkled sunflower seeds, fatfree dressing
OR
a different fruit, like a banana
*Evening (before 7):
1/2 cup of Light soy milk
steamed cabbage (or another leafy green) or soup (vegetable or miso)
1/2 cup of long-grain organic brown rice
2 glasses of water
and make sure that you're hydrated.... I drink like 140
oz. of distilled water throughout the day.. it helps with everything. and it would likely help with your skin problem as well...
Good luck!!!!!!!
