i'm not sure whether you're telling the truth, cause for me soy is givng me lots of problems, i often feel a decrease in energy level after i eat soy, even fermented soy like tempeh or miso. perhaps it's because i have tried hard to avoid it and don't eat it ofen now adays. so you're absolutely positive that soy works for you huh? it's just different from my own experience, that's all.
