you can find out more about soy here: http://www.soyonlineservice.co.nz. soy is naturally toxic, the chinese and japanese eat only very little of it and usually eat it after it is fermented. the chinese and the japanese are not picky about what they put into their mouths, they eat all kinds of things- no need for me to list them out for you.
