Dear Mr. Hunter
I am 20 and putting on muscles fast using the red meats, eggs, milk, etc too, but everything is so confusing! There is always someone to say that each of these causes cancer and kills. I can taste the chemicals in milk and I'm nearly convinced not to drink it anymore...but I'm a POWERlifter. Do you drink RAW milk? If so, where can I find it? Why is there so much misinformation and it stresses me out and makes me want to just STARVE to death or just live off of energized water and broccoli! I feel need to trust when someone says things are bad for us and why, but on the other hand, I THOUGHT I was actually doing really WELL for my body and it is such a bummer to get "in the know" cure zone and everyone tells me I'm just killing myself slowly.
